    Oats Dates Ladoo - Naturaly sweetened

    Oats Dates ladoo - A simple sweet made with fibre-rich whole-grain Oats and naturally sweetened with Dates. This is also a perfect snack!

    Best snack to satiate your sweet tooth. Quick to make. No sugar. Naturally sweetened with dates. Above all, a simple sweet, combined with healthy ingredients that does not stir a guilt when one indulges!

    Oats & Dates ladoo - A simple sweet made with fibre-rich whole-grain Oats and naturally sweetened with Dates.

    Cuisine: Indian
    Servings: 16 no's

    Ingredients
    • 2 Cups Oats
    • 250 gms Dates, pitted
    • 1 tsp Nutmeg Powder
    • 1 teaspoon Cardamom Powder
    • 1 teaspoon Dry Ginger Powder
    • ¼ Cup warm Ghee
    • Nuts, for garnish (cashews, walnuts, pistachios etc...)
    Instructions
    1. Roast Oats in a tablespoon of Ghee. Cool. 

    2. Add all the ingredients in a mixer except ghee and nuts and make a smooth powder. 

    3. Pour this in a mixing bowl. Add the nuts and ghee. Mix it well and start making into small balls. 

    4. Store them in an airtight container for 3-4 days.

      Nutritious ladoos . Actually we can minus the ghee also to avoid calories , but definitely these ladoos rock . Great pick .

      Such delicious looking ladoos. I made oat ladoos once and didn't roast the oats. Next time I'm going to roast it.
