Oats & Dates ladoo - A simple sweet made with fibre-rich whole-grain Oats and naturally sweetened with Dates.
Roast Oats in a tablespoon of Ghee. Cool.
Add all the ingredients in a mixer except ghee and nuts and make a smooth powder.
Pour this in a mixing bowl. Add the nuts and ghee. Mix it well and start making into small balls.
Store them in an airtight container for 3-4 days.
