    Paneer & Cheese Sandwich

    For day 3 it is another simple classic. A twist to the usual grilled cheese sandwich with grated paneer and pepper.

    Paneer & Cheese Sandwich

    A twist to the classic cheese grill sandwich.

    Prep Time: 5 Mins | Cook Time: 5 Mins | Total Time: 10 Mins | Serves: 2

    Ingredients

    • Grated paneer
    • Grated cheese ( any variety.)
    • Salt and pepper to taste. 
    Instructions

    1. Mix all the filling, place it between breads and grill or press in the sandwich maker until it is golden brown on both sides.
