    Published: Jan 11, 2015 · by Nisha

For many, at least one "Chaat" item would be included among their most liked Indian dishes. Indian cuisine is almost incomplete without these mouth watering road side stall items.  It is one of the most happening and crowded place in India. It is the favourite hang out spot of the young where they can savour and enjoy. For those of you who are unfamiliar, chaat is a savoury sweet snack offered at roard side stalls or food truck and carts in India including Pakistan, Nepal and Bangladesh.  It is said that it originated in Uttar Pradesh and now it is become very popular throughout the country.
    Bhel Puri
Today's recipe is from the streets of Bombay - "Bhelpuri". It has the perfect balance of spice, sour, and salt taste. Alos, every region has its own variation of the snack, Jhal muri in Calcutta, Kara Pori in South etc...
